Our client was attending a themed evening at a nightclub, and as he walked across the dance floor he stepped on a broken bottle. The glass went through his footwear causing a deep cut to his foot, which has resulted in permanent tendon and nerve damage. We were able to recover personal injury compensation for him of £4,500.

Time between formal instruction and successful conclusion: 2½ years

How the claim proceeded: The nightclub’s insurers strongly denied that they were responsible for the accident throughout the claim.
