CYCLIST KNOCKED OVER BY DRINK DRIVER RECOVERS PERSONAL INJURY COMPENSATION IN ROAD ACCIDENT CLAIM AFTER SUFFERING CUTS AND BRUISES AND BACK PAIN

Our client was cycling along a road, and was positioned near the centre of the road about to turn right when a vehicle tried to overtake him and knocked him off his bike. This accident could so easily have been avoided had he not driven whilst under the influence of alcohol. Instead, by recklessly driving when his ability was impaired by the amount of alcohol he had drunk, our client suffered unnecessary injuries and inconvenience.
