Our client had stopped her car on approaching a roundabout, when she was hit by a vehicle that had been shunted into the back of her car.  She sustained whiplash injuries to her neck and lower back, and also suffered from headaches and nervousness while a passenger in other vehicles.  The medical expert believed her symptoms would settle within 12 months of the accident date, and after a course of physiotherapy.  We were able to recover personal injury compensation for her of just under £2,900.
