TRIPPING ACCIDENT CAUSING MULTIPLE FACIAL AND OTHER INJURIES LEADS TO THE PAYMENT OF SUBSTANTIAL PERSONAL INJURY COMPENSATION
January 27th, 2010 by adminOur client was returning home when he tripped on a pavement which builders had left in an unfinished state. He sustained injuries to his chin, upper lip and nose leaving some scarring, and also had bruising to his elbow, hip and leg. Most of the injuries settled within 6 weeks, but the scar on his upper lip will feel permanently numb. Dental treatment was also required for a damaged tooth. We were able to recover personal injury compensation for him of just over £8,000.
