One of our solicitors will telephone to discuss the circumstances of your claim and indicate if we can help you. Once you are happy to proceed with the initial stages we will open a file and get on with your personal injury compensation claim.
We will check if you already have insurance in place to
cover your claim, and if not we will arrange some at no cost to you. We will explain fully our written terms
of business before you decide whether to proceed with your claim. This
is a professional requirement affecting all solicitors. We
will let you know how your case is to be handled and which solicitor
will be acting for you. Each client’s needs and expectations
are different and we will take time to make sure you know
what is going on and the steps that you need to take to help
