We will check if you already have insurance in place to
cover your claim, and if not we will arrange some for you
at no cost. We will explain fully our written terms
of business before you proceed with your claim. This

Only in a few cases does the Court need to become involved in resolving a claim, and of these only a very small proportion need to be assessed by a Judge at a trial.
