The firm is owned by sole Principal Steven Hinchliffe. It is a highly organised law practice which has made substantial investment in IT, training and staff development. This enables the firm's staff to provide all clients with a specialist yet personal accident injury claims service.

Profile: Steven established Hinchliffes Solicitors in 1999, after many years as the Managing Partner of a renowned Malvern practice. He has experience in many areas of law, but has concentrated on general civil litigation and Personal Injury. He is the owner and sole Principal of the firm, with overall responsibility for its management, administration and marketing. He is also responsible for overseeing the handling of all the firm’s Personal Injury files, together with specific responsibility for the recovery of costs.
Steven is a Fellow of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and spent 12 years as a Deputy District Judge.

Profile: Phillip is a senior solicitor, whose responsibilities include considering all new Personal Injury enquiries and determining the merits of each potential claim. He also runs a considerable caseload of files, specialising particularly in accident at work claims. He joined the firm in 2004, shortly after qualifying as a solicitor, and since then has successfully represented many clients in all types of accident and industrial disease cases.
Phillip is a panel member of the Personal Injury Accreditation Scheme run by the Law Society. He is also a Senior Litigator with the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers and was the first solicitor to gain their Certificate in Personal Injury Law qualification.

Profile: Nicky is responsible for all aspects of the firm’s general and file administration, and assists with marketing. One of her key roles is in maintaining the firm’s computerised case management system, to ensure that all file handlers are able to progress their cases in an efficient and cost effective manner.
Nicky assisted in the creation of the firm in 1999, having spent many years with a local practice, first as a legal secretary and then as a legal assistant running her own caseload of Personal Injury files.

Profile: Stuart is an experienced legal cashier, responsible for maintaining all aspects of the firm’s accounts, finances and budgeting. He also undertakes work on client files related to costs issues, including the production of cost estimates, invoices and financial statements for clients’ information, together with the drafting of detailed Court Bills of Costs.
Stuart joined the firm in 2011, following many years’ valuable legal accountancy experience gained in several practices.
