What is a Conditional Fee Agreement?
What are "No Win No Fee" agreements?
This is a written agreement between you and us in which we agree to act on your behalf in making a claim for compensation, but accept that we will only be paid our fees if your claim is successful.
They are often referred to as “no win no fee agreements”. If you lose we do not receive any fees, but will be reimbursed by appropriate insurance cover any expenses that we have paid on your behalf (eg fees for medical records and reports). Also if you lose, the insurance cover will pay any legal costs awarded to your opponent.
If you win our fees and expenses will be paid by your opponent or their insurers and you keep 100% of your damages. Whatever the outcome of the claim, under the Conditional Fee Agreement and the other terms we offer, you will have a Free* service provided you fully co-operate throughout the claim.

Insurers often try to sell accident claims to their own panel solicitors and often charge them over £600 for each case. They may try to suggest that you must use their panel solicitors, but this is not correct. You are free to decide which solicitors you want to handle your claim. Under our service, provided you co-operate fully throughout the claim, you will have nothing to pay whether you win or lose, and if you win you keep 100% of the compensation recovered. Your “no claims” status with your car insurance will not be affected.
