What information do you need from me?
We will need you to give us detailed information about the accident (or illness) and whether there are any witnesses or relevant documents that we should be aware of. We will also need to know the extent of your injury, what treatment you have received and whether you have suffered any financial losses eg loss of earnings. We will let you know what we need from you as the claim progresses and will send out relevant paperwork for you to respond to.
