Because we are only paid when a claim is successful we will not take on weak, speculative or frivolous cases. This does not mean that we shy away from difficult claims. If it has an above 50% chance of success then we will take it on.
We consider all cases very carefully before reaching a decision whether to accept a claim. As each case progresses if the prospects of success diminish to such an extent that we feel the likelihood of you succeeding is too low then the case will be withdrawn.
